D and I went to the botanical gardens to check out the holiday train show. It was impressive! All the buildings and scenery were made with things out in nature – bark, twigs, leaves, etc. There were overhead tracks so trains were zooming above you. They had trains very low to the ground so kiddos D’s size could enjoy them. It was nicely done and D had a great time. When we were not looking at model trains, we stopped over at the kids section of the garden where D discovered more holiday train themed items including a mock train to play in.
