Olessia asked for some Central Park pictures. The leaves are just starting to change. I suspect the next few weeks the colors will really get going so I think I’ll need to keep the camera with me. A lot of these are test shots and me fiddling with the camera.
These photos were shot with the Nikon D750 and one of these lenses: 50mm, 105mm, 28-80mm, 24-120mm. These have been edited to taste.
So far I’m REALLY liking the 105mm. It’s crazy sharp and can do macro duty. The D750 kit lens (24-120mm) is a nice all-arounder if you don’t mind the weight (it’s HEAVY!).
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the D750 for a ton of reasons. Coming from a Nikon D5200, this is an awesome upgrade. Little things like the rear dial and having the ISO displayed in the view finder is such a help.
